Dharmishta Rood is currently a masters student at the Harvard School of Education. Aside from studying media at MIT and Harvard, she is a research assistant at the Berkman center, looking into commons-based peer production and a co-director of the Populous Project, the Knight-funded open source project to provide online publishing tools to small town and collegiate newspapers. In her spare time she thinks about the future of journalism, practices yoga and screen-prints.
Greetings! How are things going with Populous? I'd love to get an update. It seems like every conversation I have with folks in college media revolves around the CMS issue.
