Still follows journalism closely, although I have not worked professionally in the field.
Share your thoughts about how the newsroom of the future should be different . (And if you do, please post a copy of your answer in the forums).
Presumably, it will be different from the one I recall in 1977 in that writers will not be preparing copy on manual typewriters and editors will not be marking up the copy with red pencil.

My (first) husband was easily enraged, as I recall...but I don't remember the column you mention. (I don't remember many specific stories, though the headline "Donna Landry on Anne Sexton" in the arts section before I worked there did make me wince a little.) Sounds as if you've landed in a good place; congratulations.
