Join The Next Newsroom Project
I just wanted to introduce myself before the conference. Congrats on the grant! We're also in the process of planning a new newsroom, though it's much less exciting.
I posted to the conference group about it, but basically we're moving to the new student activity center a few hundred yards from our current digs in the university center.
It'll be bigger than our current office and will certainly be an overall step up, but we're still separated from the other student media, except for the yearbook. The radio station will be downstairs, the TV station is in the School of Comm and the new magazine is homeless.
